Carolynn’s love for fine food has brought her to setting up “Sweet Cheese Creations”. Cooking gourmet food for everyone to enjoy.
Freshly made gourmet cheesecakes is her specialty. They are made from premium ingredients as well as making the best of local foods ;
including cream cheese, quark cheese, eggs and berries. Her creativity makes her capable of producing different cheesecakes as well as
cheese quiches, smoked salmon cheesecake, currant scones, cheese bread, bacon and cheese muffins as well as other savouries.
Carolynn also takes orders for her catering business whether it be hosting a Tapas party, cocktails, special occasion meals, brunches,
or just desserts. Great entertaining starts with fine foods.
